My laptop has Windows 10 Home. It was originlly upgraded from windows 7 during the free upgrade. Every time I boot to install the upgrade the install tries to install Windows 10 home. Does not even ask to install Windows 10 Pro. Tried using Windows 10 easy upgrade and does not allow the OEM key for the easy upgrade.

If the above do not work and you're sure you are entering the proper key, then disconnect from the internet to try again. You can also do a Clean Install by booting the media while disconnected from internet to insert the Pro Product key when it's requested during install. Make sure during the booted install to follow the illustrated steps to delete all partitions down to Unallocated Space to get it cleanest, then click Next to let it auto-create the needed partitions, format them and begin install - this makes it foolproof.
